TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • Registration Fee: $300 (refundable if no purchase)
  • Buyers Fee: 7% ($35 min or $250 max - whichever is greater)
  • Sales Tax: 8% (except on donated vehicles)
  • Lot Removal Fee: $10 per vehicle
  • Storage Fee: $7 (per car per day after Wednesday following the auction)
  • Forfeit Fees: $200 or 10% (whichever is greater) >
  • Title Fees: $15
  • Out of State: $27
  • Consignment Fee: $100 (no sale fee for non-dealers)
  • Sell a Vehicle: $100 ($0.00-$1,999.99 - 10% on anything over $2000.00)
